Artemis Tsakiri

Artemis is a greek/albanian visual artist and pedagogue based in Zürich, Switzerland.

She holds an MA in Fine Arts from the Visual and Applied Arts Department at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, where she graduated in 2018.

During her studies, she also attended the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw, Poland, specializing in digital and experimental printmaking.

For the past three years, she has been working as a self-employed drawing teacher in Zürich,

running her own art classes in Wasserundwerk atelier.

She is also an active member of Material – Raum für Buchkultur (materialismus.ch), an independent bookshop and exhibition space, where she organizes drawing workshops and curates exhibitions.

Her practice focus on the intersections of fine art, printmaking, design, education and on fostering art community in spaces.
