“ I really enjoyed the freedom space that Artemis was creating in her classes! I rediscovered the joy to experiment, either with new techniques or with colored pencils and charcoal. Artemis is an inspiring artist and teacher, never trying to make you fit into a certain style but guided you into exploring yours and trusting yourself. I learned how to unsee shapes to better play with light. Thank you for everything Artemis”

  • “ I‘m very grateful for Artemis’ dedication to build a warm and inviting drawing community. Her Friday classes offer a safe and supportive environment, where I can relax and immerse myself in the joys and struggles of artistic expression.”

  • “I did Artemis' charcoal drawing course in Summer 2023. I was looking for a teacher who was down to earth and would run an authentic course on the basics of charcoal drawing. I was super happy that Artemis provided exactly that. The group was small and the classes were well structured, with interesting and fun themes each week. It was an amazing experience to learn from her and the others. Highly recommended!”

“ I was looking for a drawing teacher in Zurich and started to visit Artemis's classes in 2022. I really enjoyed her way of teaching, a nice creative atmosphere in her studio. We learned to draw with charcoal, still life, and with life drawing models. Also, Artemis showed me exercises to overcome art blocks and boost creativity. We  studied light and shadow, proportion measurement, and creativity. To celebrate our results, Artemis organized an exhibition in Zurich in April 2024 for all of her students. It was a lot of joy! Thank you! ”

  • “The lessons I had with Artemis were very helpful for me - I learned how it feels to draw freely from the head without trying to be perfect. The exercises that we did freed my hand and made my drawing more artistic and unique. Artemis encouraged me to try different drawing and printing techniques and this definitely opened up my creativity.”
